Information
Cooking classes run approximately 3 hours and are offered in
New York City, Northern New Jersey, Westchester and Connecticut.

Recipes are provided for all students.
•
You may invite additional guests for dinner at the end of class
(up to a total of 16 diners), and guests do not pay for the class.
•
We will clean the kitchen as we work,
but please make arrangements for kitchen cleanup after the class.
•
Class times are flexible,
but typically begin at 10 a.m. for lunches and 3-5 p.m. for dinners.
